Curiosity to craft. Craft to calling.
Before anyone applies, they come meet the team, because belonging shouldn’t wait until day one. Then, for thirteen weeks in Oakland, a room of strangers becomes a team that notices when a single seat is empty. Together they build a product for the Bay Area’s creative community, shaped by the very people it serves. Critiques push them to defend decisions out loud, until speaking about their work feels as natural as doing it. Hesitation quietly turns into conviction. At graduation, they present to stakeholders, and everyone sees what the team saw from the start: their brilliance.
The program was never the point. Power that outlasts its founder was. Every designer who walks through the door holds it open, wider each time, for the next.
